Home Choose between our two luxurious self catering units nestled on the slopes of the Hottentots Holland mountains. Sip sundowners on your patio as you bask in the stunning views that reach across False Bay to the Helderburg Mountains, and encompasses the entire Cape Peninsula. From June to November the whales pay us their annual visit and these can be seen and heard from our accommodations. Wake to the sound of whales slapping their tails on the water and admire their smooth grace as they slide past in the water and breach above the surface.
Join the sun-worshipers at one of Gordons Bay’s two safe beaches, Gordon’s Bay beach, or the small, protected and exclusive Bikini Beach. Two harbours cater to yachts, fishing boats and seaside dining. Shops and restaurants are a mere 5 minutes drive away. Travel along the coastal road for one of the most magnificent drives in the country, looking across False Bay to Cape Point. Along your journey stop at Hermanus, world famous for it’s spectacular Whale watching and the world’s only whale crier. Return via Sir Lowrys Pass and stop at World’s View for a dramatic overview of the entire Helderburg region.
Sample from local award winning wines and picnic under the oak trees, as you are a mere half hours drive from the world famous winelands of Stellenbosch and the wine-routes beyond. Within easy driving distance are the many other delights to be sampled in Cape Town, from ascending Table Mountain in the cable car to shopping in Cape Town’s exclusive Waterfront boutiques.
